How Do I Determine Which Remote Training Option Is Best For Me?

If you are relatively new to training, the Live Zoom Training option could be your best option, as you will be provided with instant feedback on technique to ensure confidence in every exercise. However, I can understand that one's schedule could prevent you from committing to a consistent schedule, which is where the other 2 options may be better. The greatest difference between Remote Training+ and Remote Training is that the former includes a personalized video in which I demonstrate a practice set for each exercise while explaining the key points of each. After the practice set, you can easily follow along as you watch me doing the same workout that is on your Google Doc program. Remote Training is similar, but you will be provided with several YouTube links embedded beside each exercise in your Google Doc program. The price for Remote Training is the most affordable option, one reason being that I do not have to create and upload any videos. Although the videos may not be created by me, your 3-week program will be personalized to you based on what you need and the equipment that you have access to at home or your local gym.

What Is A 2-Day, 3-Week Program?

"2-day" refers to how many days per week you intend to commit to your training. For a 2-day YouTube Remote Training+ program, you will be provided with 2 personalized videos to refer to for 3-weeks. The exercises stay the same for 3-weeks because an important part of achieving your results comes from "grooving" or practicing the same movements consistently. The only thing that may change is the amount of sets and/or reps that you do. After your first 3-week program, you will be provided with 2 new personalized videos if you intend to continue your training.

How Long Does It Take To Notice Results?

It is not uncommon to notice feelings of greater strength after 2-3 weeks of training. The reason for this is that you become stronger simply by learning and practicing skills like a squat or deadlift. To notice and see significant physical improvements, it ranges from 6 to 24 weeks depending on the individual and several other factors including hydration, nutrition, sleep, consistency and a commitment to the program and overall process.
