Simply Functional 1 is a low- to moderate-intensity training program for adults.

We combine concepts of strength training & physical therapy to provide a therapeutic solution to reducing common aches & pains.

This program will also help prepare you to join SF2, our moderate- to high-intensity adult program.
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
We prioritize injury prevention by personalizing your program before you attend your 1st session.
​
A functional movement assessment is a series of tests that help us know what it is we need to focus on to help you improve your starting point.
​
You will also receive a home exercise program to help accelerate your progress towards better movement, less pain, and the goals you're investing in!
