Our system is based on functional training, which combines the best of physical therapy and traditional strength training that provides solutions for managing pain.

What Makes Us Different?

Most fitness trainers and even physical therapists focus mainly on individual muscles or the site of pain. Although someone may have knee pain, we cannot be sure that the knee is the main problem until we conduct a full body assessment.

 

Stiff ankles can cause knee pain, and in some cases, the pain can be eliminated once the ankles regain their natural flexibility.

Wherever the site of pain, we treat it using a full body approach to training by examining the relationships between muscles and joints that COULD be part of the underlying issue.

When it comes to pain, the victim usually screams louder than the criminal.

My Why
I want to be a difference maker for others. At just 20 years old, I was living with chronic pain as a result of a car accident that left me feeling hopeless. I sought out treatment from multiple physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and so on, but nothing seemed to help long-term. Then I met a fitness professional who went above and beyond to help me.

Training with him helped me experience what it was like to live without pain--a pivotal point in my life that I never thought I would experience again after several years of struggle. Learning from him inspired me to change my career and pursue a passion in health & fitness. It was a long winding road through studying physical therapy, sports injuries, and eventually, strength & conditioning. I am a student and teacher of strength and I couldn't be happier to pursue this lifelong journey.
