YOUR 1:1 EXPERIENCE
1-1 Training - Walk In.HEIC

Walking through the doors, I am welcomed with a smile into a clean and calming space. A great opportunity awaits me. Standing tall and proud, my concentration gradually shifts to being more present.

Flowing through the warm up, I am improving my physical and mental mobility and preparing for a new challenge. I am becoming stronger and more powerful than I was before. My inner power will produce great results.

I gave my best effort and am now ready to reset. I take control of my breath to slow everything down, and then give up control to become more aware of my body, thoughts, and feelings. I am calm, energized, and ready to conquer the rest of my day.

THE BEST TOOLS IN FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Part of my job is to remove any unnecessary barriers. One way I have done so is in equipment selection. I have tried almost everything to realize that Ultimate sandbags and kettlebells are among the best tools based on the following criteria:

  1. Effectiveness

  2. Versatility

  3. Affordability

  4. Space Requirement

  5. Fun

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Transparent Answers To Ensure Your Safety And Confidence

What is a training program?

A training program is a long-term plan designed to improve one's overall health, which is based on your specific wants and needs. In order to design a training program for you, we first discuss your specific wants and needs during our 30-min in-person / phone call discussion. Then, I will guide you through a physical screening assessment to determine your current strengths and limitations, which will design the initial phases of your training program towards long-term results and success. Your training program is a "big picture" that progresses in a safe, incremental manner that is guaranteed to deliver the results that you want. You will notice results after your very 1st session. The more significant results will be seen and felt with your consistent effort over a period of 1-6 months, depending on how many days / week you are able to commit to your training.

Why do I need my own training program?

Everyone wants to see results, which stems from a commitment to a plan that progressively builds over time. Random workouts are simply that: random. A training program provides you with a plan for when you go to the gym so that you're not spending time thinking about what you're going to do once you arrive. A training program is also based on incremental progression, which will help reduce muscle soreness and overall fatigue the days following a workout.

What makes your approach to training different from other trainers?

When designing training programs my clients, I always ask myself the following questions:

  1. What are the needs of the the client?

  2. What exercises are going to meet the clients needs?

  3. What is the best tool (equipment) to produce a desirable outcome for this specific individual?

  4. Based on the outcome, is there a better solution?

Once we've created a plan, your training program is not set in stone. Adaptability enables me to meet my client where they're at on any given day, and over time, we take the necessary steps and make any adjustments that we need to in order to make sure that you reach your goals.
